Article L19. The week or weeks referred to in this Article will be based on the average number of hours per week normally scheduled for the part-time employee concerned.
Article L19 does not apply when a Teacher stops working due to complications caused by pregnancy, or because of a birth, stillbirth or miscarriage that happens earlier than the employee was expected to give birth. In such a case the Teacher shall, within 2 weeks of stopping work, give the Board:
