ARTICLE I - RECOGNITION. 1.01 The Corporation recognizes Local Union 339, IBEW as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent of employees in the Craft Unit of the Corporation occupying positions set forth in Schedule “A” of this Agreement or as it may be amended or added to in accordance with Article XXXIII.
