Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 303 of the Laws of 1968 and Chapter 123 of the New Jersey Public Laws of 1974, the Haddon Township Board of Education hereby recognizes the Haddon Township Education Association as the majority representative and as exclusive and sole representative for collective negotiations concerning terms and conditions of employment for all certificated personnel under contract or on leave, now employed or as hereafter may be employed by the Board as follows:
