Article Five. The General Descriptions of the Building: 5.1. The First Party undertakes to build a building for the Second Party on a piece of land on Road ---------, Block ---------, Area and registered with the Survey 5.2. Annex (1) which explains the general descriptions and qualities of the building shall form an integral part of the Agreement and shall be read and interpreted as though expressly set out in the body of this Agreement.
