ARTICLE 1 - RECOGNITION. The Employer recognizes the Union as the exclusive bargaining agent for all employees of ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ Newspapers (Canada) Ltd. in the city of Toronto save and except supervisors, persons above the rank of supervisor and persons employed in a confidential capacity in matters pertaining to labour relations. Supervisors are persons performing managerial functions as per section 1(3) (b) of the Act.
