% Art Program. If applicable, Construction Manager shall work with Owner Parties to incorporate into the Project’s design and construction works of art from the Project’s 1% for Art program. Construction Manager’s costs to handle and install such art are properly included in Cost of the Work. However, cost of the included art objects themselves, is not a Cost of the Work, and is not otherwise part of the GMP.
