Art Murals Clause Samples

Art Murals. The water billing building currently has three (3) art mural installations that will be kept in their current location. The Lessee will not be allowed to remove or modify the art murals in any way. The Lessee will be financially responsible if the art murals become damaged during the tenant improvements or the construction phase. If damaged, the art murals shall be restored to a condition reasonably satisfactory to Lessor, at Lessee's expense
