Arrears Determination. The Joint Audit Team of DISCOM and the Distribution Franchisee shall complete an audit of: 2.2.1.1 Opening level of arrears from the consumers which are connected to the distribution network two months prior to the effective date; 2.2.1.2 Segregation into permanently disconnected and current live arrears as defined in this agreement;
