Common use of Arranger's rights Clause in Contracts

Arranger's rights. The rights of the Arranger under Clause 10.1 shall be without prejudice to its other rights and/or the rights of any other person under the Transaction Documents entered into from time to time in respect of any Aircraft or otherwise howsoever.
