Common use of Arrangement and Agency Fees Clause in Contracts

Arrangement and Agency Fees. The Borrower shall pay an arrangement fee to the Arranger for the Arranger’s own account, and shall pay an agency fee to the Administrative Agent for the Administrative Agent’s own account, in the amounts and at the times specified in the letter agreement, dated February 25, 2015 (the “Agent and Arranger Fee Letter”), among the Borrower, the Arranger and the Administrative Agent. Such fees shall be fully earned when paid and shall be nonrefundable for any reason whatsoever.

The Borrower shall pay an arrangement fee to the Sole Lead Arranger for the Sole Lead Arranger’s own account, and shall pay an agency fee to the Administrative Agent for the Administrative Agent’s own account, in the amounts and at the times specified in the letter agreement, dated February 25April 19, 2015 2005 (the “Agent and Administrative Agent/Sole Lead Arranger Fee Letter”), among between the Borrower, the Sole Lead Arranger and the Administrative Agent. Such fees shall be fully earned when paid and shall be nonrefundable for any reason whatsoever.

The Borrower shall pay an arrangement fee to the Arranger for the Arranger’s 's own account, and shall pay an agency fee to the Administrative Agent for the Administrative Agent’s 's own account, in the amounts and at the times specified in the letter agreement, dated February 25September 7, 2015 2000 (the “Agent and "Agent/Arranger Fee Letter”"), among the Borrower, the Arranger and the Administrative Agent. The Borrower shall pay an arrangement fee to the Sole Lead Arranger for the Sole Lead Arranger’s own account, and shall pay an agency fee to the Administrative Agent for the Administrative Agent’s own account, in the amounts and at the times specified in the letter agreement, dated February 25July 30, 2015 2008 (the “Agent and Administrative Agent/Sole Lead Arranger Fee Letter”), among between the Borrower, the Sole Lead Arranger and the Administrative Agent. Such fees shall be fully earned when paid and shall be nonrefundable for any reason whatsoever.

Arrangement and Agency Fees. The Borrower Company shall pay an arrangement fee in Dollars to the Arranger for the Arranger’s 's own account, and shall pay an agency fee in Dollars to the Administrative Agent for the Administrative Agent’s 's own account, in the amounts and at the times specified in the letter agreement, dated February 25October 24, 2015 2000 (the “Agent and "Agent/Arranger Fee Letter”"), among between the BorrowerCompany, the Arranger and the Administrative AgentBank of America. Such fees shall be fully earned when paid and shall be nonrefundable for any reason whatsoever.

The Borrower shall pay an arrangement fee to the Arranger for the Arranger’s 's own account, and shall pay an agency fee to the Administrative Agent for the Administrative Agent’s 's own account, in the amounts and at the times specified in the letter agreement, dated February August 25, 2015 2000 (the “Agent and "Agent/Arranger Fee Letter”"), among the Borrower, the Parent, the Arranger and the Administrative Agent. Such fees shall be fully earned when paid and shall be nonrefundable for any reason whatsoever.

The Borrower shall pay an arrangement fee to the Arranger for the Arranger’s 's own account, and shall pay an agency fee to the Administrative Agent for the Administrative Agent’s 's own account, in the amounts and at the times specified in the letter agreement, dated February 25September 27, 2015 2000 (the “Agent and "Agent/Arranger Fee Letter”"), among the Borrower, the Arranger and the Administrative Agent. Such fees shall be fully earned when paid and shall be nonrefundable for any reason whatsoever.
