Common use of Arrangement Agreement Clause in Contracts

Arrangement Agreement. This Plan of Arrangement is made pursuant to, and is subject to the provisions of, the Arrangement Agreement, except in respect of the order and sequence of the steps comprising the Arrangement, which shall occur in the order and sequence set forth in Section 2.3. This Plan of Arrangement constitutes an arrangement as referred to in Division 5 of Part 9 of the BCBCA.
