ARFF Captain. Department protocoled Paramedic or EMT, meets all requirements for ARFF assignment, and Fire Instructor I. Fire Instructor I must be completed within one (1) year of promotion to ARFF Captain).
ARFF Captain. (a) Current employment with the County and twelve (12) months continuous service as a Captain; and (b) Current Department protocoled Paramedic; and (c) Meets all requirements for ARFF assignment in accordance with Policy# FR-O-103; and (d) State Certified Fire Instructor I or higher; and (e) State Certified Fire Officer II or higher.

Where income in respect of personal activities exercised by an entertainer or a sportsman in his capacity as such accrues not to the entertainer or sportsman himself but to another person, that income may, notwithstanding the provisions of Articles 7, 14 and 15, be taxed in the Contracting State in which the activities of the entertainer or sportsman are exercised.
