Area needs Clause Samples

The 'Area Needs' clause defines the specific requirements or standards that a particular area within a property or project must meet. This may include specifications such as minimum square footage, access to utilities, zoning compliance, or suitability for a designated use, such as retail, office, or residential purposes. By clearly outlining these needs, the clause ensures that the area is fit for its intended function and helps prevent disputes over whether the space provided meets the agreed-upon criteria.
