Common use of ARCHAEOLOGICAL AND HISTORIC SITES Clause in Contracts

ARCHAEOLOGICAL AND HISTORIC SITES. Execution of this sublease in no way affects any of the parties' obligations pursuant to Chapter 267, Florida Statutes. The collection of artifacts or the disturbance of archaeological and historic sites on state-owned lands is prohibited unless prior authorization has been obtained from the State of Florida Department of State, Division of Historical Resources. The Management Plan prepared pursuant to Chapter 18-2 Florida Administrative Code, shall be reviewed by the Division of Historical Resources to insure that adequate measures have been planned to locate, identify, protect, and preserve the archaeological and historic sites and properties on the subleased premises.
