Arbitrator’s Decision. The arbitrator' decision shall be final and binding on the Employer, Union and employee, provided, however, that this shall not prohibit a challenge to the arbitration decision in a court of competent jurisdiction, if it is alleged that the arbitrator has exceeded his jurisdiction, or that such decision was obtained through fraud or other unlawful action.
