Arbitrationclause. 13.1. All differences of opinion between the Parties and between any of the Parties and the other Parties shalsl ebtetledby a sole arbitrato. r 13.2. In the event any of the Parties wishes to enter arbitration, it shall deliver the other Party a written notice conrncieng the same and within 14 days following delivery of the notice the Parties shall agree about the identity of the arbitrator. In the event the Parties failed to reach agreement as to the appointment of an arbitrator, the Parties or any thereof shaullesret qthe President of the Israel Bar Association to appoint an arbitrator who is a retired advocate or justice, and who have expertise in the matters subject matter of the dispute between the Parties, and who shall arbitrate their differences of opinion. 13.3. Arbitration shall be subject to Israeli substantive law however not to evidence law, and the arbitrator shall be obligated to provide reasons for his award. The arbitrator shall be entitled to grant any remedy, ruling or judgment, whether temporary and whteher permanent, as he deems fit. 13.4. The instructions set forth in this clause shall be deemed as instructions of an arbitration agreement, within its meaning in the Arbitration Law -5728 1968. 13.5. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event that any of the Pawrtiisehses to receive temporary relief of any kind against the other Party, and/or any motion concerning contempt of court, it shall be entitled to approach the competent court of the that ppuorse. After litigation of the temporary relief, thedifference of opinionshall besettledby an arbitrator as said.
