Arbitration Transcript. Either the Employee or the Company may arrange for a court reporter to provide a stenographic record of the proceedings consistent with the provisions of the AAA’s Employment Arbitration Rules and Mediation Procedures.
Arbitration Transcript. If either party requests a transcript of the proceedings, that party shall bear the full costs for that transcript. If both parties order a transcript, the cost for the two (2) transcripts shall be divided equally between the Association and the Board.
