Arbitration Fee. The parties agree to share equally the --------------- administrative fee as well as the arbitrators' fees, if any, unless otherwise assessed by the arbitrator. The administrative fee shall be advanced by the party who submits the Dispute to arbitration, subject to final apportionment by the Arbitrators in the award.
