ARBITRATION APPLICABILITY. The Parties to the dispute will share equally the cost of Arbitration as intimated by the Arbitrator. The Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (with up to date amendment) shall apply to the Arbitration proceeding under this Clause.
