Common use of ARAS INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY Clause in Contracts

ARAS INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. Except for the rights expressly granted above, all right, title and interest to the Licensed Software, the 3rd Party Software, and any portion or copies of the Licensed Software and 3rd Party Software remains exclusively with Aras or its licensor. This Agreement does not convey any rights of ownership in or to the Licensed Software or 3rd Party Software and/or any copies, modifications, enhancements, updates, translations and other derivative works thereof. Licensee may not grant any security interest in the Licensed Software or Licensee’s rights with respect thereto.
