APPROVED SUB-CONTRACTORS Sample Clauses

The 'Approved Sub-Contractors' clause defines which subcontractors a party is permitted to engage for performing specific parts of the contracted work. Typically, this clause requires the main contractor to obtain the client's or employer's consent before hiring any subcontractors, often by submitting a list of proposed subcontractors for approval. This ensures that only qualified and acceptable third parties are involved in the project, thereby maintaining quality standards and reducing the risk of disputes over subcontractor performance.
