Common use of Approved Space Plan Clause in Contracts

Approved Space Plan. Landlord and Tenant acknowledge that they have approved the scope of work described in the space plan with pricing notes for the Premises dated January 19, 2017 prepared by Ethos Three Architecture, excluding any provision thereof that is inconsistent with any provision of this Amendment (the “Approved Space Plan”).
