APPROVED SOURCES. Unisys shall procure materials from Tera's documented approved sources of supply. Any proposed substitutions shall constitute a deviation and require the completion of a deviation authorization, accepted by Tera, ▇▇fore making such substitution. Unisys shall use its own specifications and sources of supply for any materials required for the assembly of "Product" not specified by Tera.
APPROVED SOURCES. The Government may, at its discretion, direct the Contractor to purchase the required material and equipment from Government approved sources.
