Approved Plans and Budget. The Plans and Annual Budget approved by the Board at its June meeting will be deemed to provide adequate resources to protect against the starting or spread of Fire on or from the Membership Lands; however, nothing in this Agreement relieves Members or others of any obligation imposed by ORS 477.120 or 477.580.
