The Approved Distributor clause defines which parties are authorized to distribute a company's products or services. Typically, this clause lists specific distributors by name or sets out criteria that must be met for a distributor to be considered approved, such as compliance with certain standards or obtaining prior written consent. Its core function is to control and monitor the distribution network, ensuring that only trusted and vetted entities handle the products, thereby protecting brand reputation and reducing the risk of unauthorized or substandard distribution.
