APPROVALS OF THIRD PARTIES AND PERMITS AND CONSENTS. Dentist shall use his best efforts to secure all necessary approvals and consents of third parties to the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby, including consents described on EXHIBIT 2.4. Dentist shall use his best efforts to obtain all licenses, permits, approvals or other authorizations required under any law, rule, regulation, or otherwise to provide the services of the Practice contemplated by the Service Agreement and to conduct the intended business of the Practice and operate the Business and use the Assets.
