Approval Required Before Development. A Development Application shall be submitted for any Development. Except as otherwise provided herein, no improvements shall be constructed within the Project without Master Developer or a Subdeveloper first obtaining approval of the Development Application for such Development from the Town. Upon approval by the Town of any Development Application, the Development related to such approval may be improved in accordance with the approved Development Application, subject to the terms, conditions, and provisions of the Development Application.
