Approval of Counsel to Buyer. All legal matters in connection with the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby and all agreements, instruments, and documents delivered in connection therewith shall be reasonably satisfactory in form and substance to Xxxxxxxx & Knight, P.C., legal counsel to Buyer.

Approval of Counsel to Buyer. All actions and proceedings hereunder and all documents and other papers required to be delivered by the Sellers hereunder or in connection with the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby, and all other related matters, shall have been approved by Xxxx Xxxxx & Xxxxxxx LLP, counsel to Buyer, as to their form and substance, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld.
Approval of Counsel to Buyer. All actions, proceedings, consents, instruments and documents required to be delivered by, or at the behest or direction of the Seller hereunder or incident to its performance hereunder, shall be reasonably satisfactory in form and structure to Buyer and its counsel.
