APPROVAL OF APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT. A. Applications for employment as a Trainman will be approved or disapproved in writing within sixty (60) days following the day the Trainman first becomes qualified for and performs service as a trainman under this Agreement with the Company. B. An application that is rejected anytime within such period will result in termination of the Trainman's relationship with the Company.
