Appropriate Relationship. ‌ Neither Union nor County, or their agents or representatives, shall (a) interfere with, restrain, or coerce each other in the exercise of any rights guaranteed them under state law, including but not limited to Florida Statutes §§ 447.201-609; (b) refuse to bargain collectively with each other; (c) fail to bargain with one another in good faith; or (d) engage in any conduct which violates the provisions of Florida Statutes §§ 447.201-609.
