APPROPRIATE LAW. This agreement shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the law of the State of Victoria and the parties hereto submit to the jurisdiction of the Victorian Courts including all courts of appeal therefrom.
APPROPRIATE LAW. 1.6.1 This Agreement and all the terms, provisions and conditions of this Agreement and all questions of instruction, validity and performance under this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Victoria and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
