Apprentice Technician. A worker who is serving an apprenticeship to become a Journeyman Technician, but who has not yet qualified as a Journeyman Technician.
Apprentice Technician. An employee whose job includes acquiring the skills of the Technician Craft under the direction of a Technician on work generally recognized as Technician’s work. See: Article 23
Apprentice Technician. Each of the following incremental levels shall represent a six (6) month period provided the apprentice has reached an acceptable level of competence as determined by the Service Manager and the Xxxxxxx. All productive hours above 82 hours will be paid at the base rate plus one dollar and seventy-six cents ($1.76) for all hours. Included in productive time is authorized time away from normal job duties. Coffee breaks will be paid at the base rate up to the guarantee. If less than 80 hours is worked in a pay period, the required number of hours necessary to obtain the higher wage rates shall be reduced accordingly.
