Common use of APPRENTICE LINEMAN Clause in Contracts

APPRENTICE LINEMAN. An employee who is engaged in performing work as an assistant to or under the general direction of a Lineman while training for a Journeyman. In order to gain experience for advancement, he may be required to work alone or under direct supervision on jobs for which he has been trained and instructed. The employee's education and general qualifications must be such that he is considered capable of attaining Journeyman status.
