Apprentice Communication Technician (Network Cabling Specialist) Level. 2 All Apprentices shall be governed by the On- tario College of Trades and Apprenticeship Act, 2009 (OCTAA) or any successor legisla- tion under the trade Network Cabling Special- ist - 631A. Apprentice Communication Tech- nician (Network Cabling Specialist) Level 2 shall be able to carry out the work of an Ap- prentice Communication Technician (Network Cabling Specialist) Level 1. Apprentice Com- munication Technician (Network Cabling Spe- cialist) Level 2 shall advance to Journeyman Technician (Network Cabling Specialist) Level 1 after completing two thousand (2000) hours of on-the-job training, successful com- pletion of Level 2 Network Cabling Specialist trade school curriculum and passing the Net- work Cabling Specialist C of Q exam. The ap- prentice shall comply with the terms and conditions set by the applicable local Joint Apprenticeship Council.
