Common use of Appraisal Data Clause in Contracts

Appraisal Data. The information provided or to be provided by Lessees and their Affiliates to the appraiser in connection with each Appraisal and forming the basis for the conclusions set forth in such Appraisal, taken as a whole, was (or will be) true and correct in all material respects as of the date delivered and did not (or will not, as applicable) omit any information known and available to any Lessee or any Affiliate of any Lessee necessary to make the information provided not materially misleading.

Appraisal Data. The information provided or to be provided by Lessees each Lessee and their Affiliates Guarantor to the appraiser in connection with each Appraisal Appraiser and forming the basis for the conclusions set forth in such the Appraisal, taken as a whole, was (or will be) true and correct in all material respects as of the date delivered and did not (or will not, as applicable) omit any information known and available to any Lessee or any Affiliate of any Lessee necessary to make the information provided not materially misleading.
