Buyer’s performance under this Agreement: (check one) ☐ - Shall not be contingent upon the appraisal of the Property being equal to or greater than the agreed upon Purchase Price. ☐ - Shall be contingent upon the appraisal of the Property being equal to or greater than the agreed upon Purchase Price.
