Common use of Apportionment of Payments Clause in Contracts

Apportionment of Payments. (a) All payments of principal and interest in respect of outstanding Loans, all payments of fees (other than the fees set forth in Section 2.06 hereof) and all other payments in respect of any other Obligations, shall be allocated by the Administrative Agent among such of the Lenders as are entitled thereto, in proportion to their respective Pro Rata Shares or otherwise as provided herein or, in respect of payments not made on account of Loans, as designated by the Person making payment when the payment is made.

Apportionment of Payments. (a) All payments of principal and interest in respect of outstanding LoansNotes, all payments of fees (other than the fees set forth in Section 2.06 hereof) fees, and all other payments in respect of any other Obligations, Obligations shall be allocated by the Administrative Agent among such of the Lenders Purchasers as are entitled thereto, in proportion to their respective Pro Rata Shares or otherwise as provided herein or, in respect of payments not made on account of Loansthe Notes, as designated by the Person making payment when the payment is made.

(a) All payments of principal and cash interest in respect of outstanding Loans, Securities and all payments of fees (other than the fees set forth in Section 2.06 hereof) and all other payments in respect of any other Obligations, shall be allocated by the Administrative Agent Trustee among such of the Lenders Holders as are entitled thereto, in proportion to their respective Pro Rata Shares or otherwise as provided herein or, in respect of payments not made on account of LoansSecurities, as designated by the Person making payment when the payment is made.

(ai) All payments of principal and interest in respect of outstanding Loans, all payments of fees (other than the fees set forth in Section 2.06 2.06(a) hereof) and all other payments in respect of any other Obligations, shall be allocated by the Administrative Agent among such of the Lenders as are entitled thereto, in proportion to their respective Pro Rata Shares or otherwise as provided herein or, in respect of payments not made on account of Loans, as designated by the Person making payment when the payment is mademade in each instance, subject to subsection (ii) below.
