APPOINTOR. In relation to any person nominated or deemed to be nominated under CLAUSE 2.1 above or CLAUSE 2.3 below, whichever of Halifax or the Sixth Issuer Corporate Services Provider nominated that person is referred to below as that person's APPOINTOR.
