Common use of APPOINTOR Clause in Contracts

APPOINTOR. In relation to any person nominated or deemed to be nominated under clause 3.1 above or clause 3.3 below, whichever of ANPLC or WTSSL nominated that person is referred to below as that person’s “appointor”.
