Appointment of Trustees. There shall be eight Trustees, three of whom shall be representatives of the District (the "District Trustees"), three of whom shall be representatives of the Association (the "Association Trustees") and two of whom shall be representatives of the community (the "Community Trustees") appointed by the agreement of the other six Trustees. The Trustees shall be appointed according to the rules of the ProComp Agreement regarding the composition of the Board of Directors of the Teacher Compensation Trust Fund. The District Trustees shall be the Treasurer of the Board of Education, the Chief Financial Officer of the District and the Assistant Superintendent for Budget and Finance of the District. In the event that changes in the District’s organization eliminate such positions, the Board of Education shall designate equivalent positions.
