Common use of Appointment of Sub-processors Clause in Contracts

Appointment of Sub-processors. Customer acknowledges and agrees that (a) Xxxxx’s Affiliates may be retained as Sub- processors; and (b) Braze and Xxxxx’s Affiliates respectively may engage third-party Sub-processors in connection with the provision of the Braze Services. Braze or a Braze Affiliate has entered into a written agreement with each Sub-processor containing, in substance, the same data protection obligations as in this DPA with respect to the protection of Personal Data to the extent applicable to the nature of the services provided by such Sub-processor.

Braze Rippling or a Braze an Rippling Affiliate has entered into a written agreement with each Sub-processor containing, in substance, the same containing data protection obligations as not less protective than those in this DPA Agreement with respect to the protection of Personal Customer Data to the extent applicable to the nature of the services Services provided by such Sub-processor.
