Common use of Appointment of Sub Manager Clause in Contracts

Appointment of Sub Manager. (a) Subject Fund. Advisers is hereby appointed and Advisers hereby accepts the appointment to act as investment adviser and manager to the Bond Index Fund (the "Subject Fund") for the period and on the terms herein set forth, for the compensation herein provided.
