(a) Midland Loan Services, a Division of PNC Bank, National Association is hereby appointed as the initial Special Servicer to specially service each of the Mortgage Loans and each Serviced Loan Combination (other than the Woodlands Mall Loan Combination, The Centre Loan Combination and the Outside Serviced Mortgage Loans). Pacific Life Insurance Company is hereby appointed as the initial Special Servicer to specially service the Woodlands Mall Mortgage Loan. Trimont Real Estate Advisors, LLC is hereby appointed as the initial Special Servicer to specially service the Centre Mortgage Loan.
