Common use of Appointment of Servicer Clause in Contracts

Appointment of Servicer. (a) Each party acknowledges and agrees that MBFS USA, as Servicer under the Basic Servicing Agreement, will also act as Servicer under this 2012-A Servicing Supplement with respect to the 2012-A Reference Pool and the 2012-A Exchange Note, and MBFS USA will also act as agent and custodian of the Titling Trust in the management and control of the 2012-A Leases and 2012-A Vehicles included in the 2012-A Reference Pool and for all other purposes set forth in the 2012-A Servicing Agreement, in each case, for the benefit of each holder and pledgee of the 2012-A Exchange Note. MBFS USA hereby accepts such appointments.

Appointment of Servicer. (a) Each party acknowledges and agrees that MBFS USA, as Servicer under the Basic Servicing Agreement, will also act as Servicer under this 20122016-A B Servicing Supplement with respect to the 20122016-A B Reference Pool and the 20122016-A B Exchange Note, Note and MBFS USA will also act as agent and custodian of the Titling Trust in the management and control of the 20122016-A B Leases and 20122016-A B Vehicles included in the 20122016-A B Reference Pool and for all other purposes set forth in the 20122016-A B Servicing Agreement, in each case, for the benefit of each holder and pledgee of the 20122016-A B Exchange Note. MBFS USA hereby accepts such appointments.
