Common use of Appointment of Security Agent and Supplemental Security Agents Clause in Contracts

Appointment of Security Agent and Supplemental Security Agents. The parties hereto acknowledge and agree, and each Holder by accepting the Notes acknowledges and agrees, that the Issuer hereby appoints U.S. Bank National Association to act as Security Agent hereunder, and U.S. Bank National Association accepts such appointment. The Trustee and the Holders acknowledge that the Security Agent will be acting in respect to the Security Documents and the security granted thereunder on the terms outlined therein (which terms in respect of the rights and protections of the Security Agent, in the event of an inconsistency with the terms of this Indenture, will prevail).
