The Trustee will appoint shall maintain an office or agency in the City of New York located at 123 East 49th Street, Tower 49, 00xx Xxxxx, Xxx Xxxk, New Yxxx 00000, xxxxx xxx Xxxxxxxxxxxx xxx where Certificates may be surrendered for registration of transfer or exchange. The Trustee initially designates its offices located at New York Plaza, and presented for final distribution and 6th Floor, New Xxxx, Xxx Xxxx 00000 xxx xxx xxxxxxx xx xxxxxxx xxe Certificate Register. The Trustee shall maintain an office at the address stated in Section 11.05(c) hereof where notices and demands to or upon the Trustee in respect of the Certificates and this Agreement may be served.
