Appointment of Committee Members. The Board of Directors shall elect the members of the Committees and the Chairman of each such Committee to serve until the next annual meeting of shareholders. The President shall appoint or shall establish a method of appointing, subject to the approval of the Board of Directors, the members of any other Committees established by the Board of Directors, and the Chairman of such Committee, to serve until the next annual meeting of shareholders. The Board of Directors may appoint, from time to time, other committees, for such purposes and with such powers as the Board may determine.
