Common use of Appointment of Auditor Clause in Contracts

Appointment of Auditor. The Auditor of each Trust shall be a person nominated by the Manager and agreed to by the Trustee (that agreement not to be unreasonably withheld) and shall be appointed by the Trustee within three months of the creation of that Trust under this Deed on such terms and conditions as the Trustee and the Manager agree. The Auditor holds office subject to this clause.
