Appointment of Administrator. The Fund hereby appoints MSIM to act as administrator to the Fund for the period and on the terms set forth in this Agreement. In connection therewith, MSIM accepts such appointment and agrees to render the services and provide, at its own expense, the office space, furnishings and equipment and the personnel required by it to perform the services on the terms and for the compensation herein provided.
