APPOINTMENT; MEETINGS. Within ten (10) days of the Effective Date, each Party shall appoint one (1) individual to be its executive sponsor ("Executive Sponsor") for the collaboration under this Agreement. Each Party's Executive Sponsor shall be a senior executive of such Party with the authority to make binding commitments on behalf of such Party with respect to its rights and responsibilities hereunder.
